Why does the postage system have to be so fucked up in this country. My fiance ordered a package from the US on the 22nd. It left the US on the 23rd and still hasn’t come into Australia. WTF?!?
Also, why do we have to pay $AU110 for games that cost $US50 ($AU56.34)?? Stupid everything.
Why do I have to live in the city which has the highest price for diesel in the country!?

Recently, Japanese culture has been growing on me lots.
I think since my fiance and I have decided that we are going to go in July during the mid-year break.
Today, I got addicted to sushi.
Yesterday, all I wanted to watch was anime (and possibly some hentai.)
A few days ago, I ordered bento because its cool.
Last week, I decided to start listening to Malice Mizer. All I listen to now is Malice Mizer and X-Japan.

Please help me, the Japanese have taken my brain!

In other news, I organised my 98127389 unorganised bookmarks. HAZZAR!
I have also started to utilise my iGoogle more. I have Gmail and GReader widgets on it now.
I messed around with NetNewsWire but it doesn’t automatically archive posts which kinda sucks. So back to GReader for me it was.

In other, more personal, gaming news, I’m thinking of buying Mass Effect. It does look rather awesome.

Catches: Has to spend time with dying and dead people.

I think Lindsay should have received the first punishment.

One of the greatest questions in music today, is “Is James LaBrie a good singer or is he completely out of place?”
Lots of people love Dream Theater but hate his voice and lots of people love Dream Theater AND love his voice.

I personally think his voice is pretty damn good. Sometimes though, he does let out this whine which sounds a lot like a 15 year old emo singer whining for all hes got.
It gets really annoying after a while because it doesn’t really suit the music 100%.
Doesn’t change the fact that Dream Theater are an amazing band.

And that was the whole point in this post.
Well, there was no point.

Its been a long time since I have posted. A LOT has happened in this time.
As such, I shall present this in a chronological list.

• I did some free web hosting stuff. I eventually gave up on it because it really sucks.
• I gave up on Firefox Beta 1. It kept crashing. Back to regular Firefox now. It still sucks but slightly more stable.
• I download lots more game soundtracks. AWESOME!
• I got Crysis.  It was cool…for a while.  Became really repetitive.
• I became obsessed with X-Japan.
• I became engaged.
• XMAS: I got a Wii. I love the Wii and Resident Evil 4. Zelda is a tad lame.
• The Orange Box is made of win. I love it. Am now stuck in glitch.
• Assassin’s Creed: Amazing visuals, sound, concept. Just rather repetitive.
• I kinda stopped on the AM Forums
• I have watched about 50 hours of Buffy

Thats about it until this week.

I got the Northern Kings album. It is brilliant. It is 4 Finnish power metal singers, singing covers of 80s songs. These are complete covers as well, not half-arsed ones like Atrocity’s upcoming album.

Awesome! Tony is from Sonata Arctica, my favourite power metal band.
I have been obsessing with this album for about 3-4 days now.Then yesterday, I saw this:

Today I saw all the news from Macworld Expo. The Macbook Air looks damn impressive but also it seems kinda silly. No CD/DVD Drive, no user-replaceable battery and no Ethernet port. But still, its 1.94 cm thick with the lid closed.

I still need to get a decent PC.  Damn.

I’m experimenting with blog software again.  This time the two main Mac OS X paid programs, Ecto and MarsEdit.
I may post about/with these soon.

Well, thats about it. I may be posting more often, who knows. I have a lot of Xbox and Wii games to finish.
